NEXT STEPS CLASS BEGINS SUNDAY OCTOBER 21ST 11:30 AM
For those interested in becoming a member, beginning this Sunday the 21st   Pastor Frank has started a new class in the Worship Center directly following the morning service. It will be an informative class designed to explore King’s missions’ statement, purpose, and the nuts and bolts of life at King’s.

Christmas 1944 Updates Friday Night October 12

Thank you again for your willingness to serve through Christmas 1944: Bastogne. Many truly wonderful things are already happening as we move to production.

Let me start with an invitation from George Pastor our Set Designer:
We have a work day in the morning, Saturday, 10/13 from about 8.30 till noon. If you have some free time, there is almost certainly a way you could help out. Bring a friend.

Weekly Rehearsals For Everyone Start Sunday, 10/14 @ 4.00 pm sharp!
We will meet in our worship center where a number of vital pieces of information will be shared and perhaps some of your questions answered.

We will then move quickly to firing up all 14 scenes and begin cycling through the production. If you are new to this experience, we will explain it all.
After one complete 80 minute cycle we’ll stop for pizza, and then do it all again, hopefully much improved.

Expect to receive more emails tonight after this one, exactly how many will depend on how many scenes you are in.

The plan is to email the cast of each scene the latest audio of your sound track, freshly produced by our amazing Jim Deering. Script in hand, find your scene, and listen to the track following along.

Again, those new to this, the sound track adds a great deal to the whole experience, but for those performing it is also the “clock” that keeps everything on schedule.

I know by now you have your parts memorized. But knowing the cues is also vital. We start that work Sunday.

I am attaching the latest and close to final script to this email.

Thanks,
Frank Ellis
